Nicci has 20 years of knowledge and experience teaching within the fitness industry and is an accomplished triathlete, swimmer and runner. Intense training brought Nicci to National and pre-Olympic level in swimming and East Kent level in Athletics and Triathlon.

Having trained as a Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Sports Lecturer Nicci has built up her Kent business to offer a variety of CYQ courses. These courses qualify you in fitness instruction and personal training, enabling you to do anything from teaching Aerobics and Aqua to giving one-to-one personal exercise and tuition.

If you are interested in working in the fitness industry then Nicci offers fully accredited CYQ courses in Exercise to Music, Personal Training, Indoor Cycling and Lead Walking. Courses run from 10 weeks to 1 year, with the opportunity to become a qualified fitness teacher.
